My husband and I lived on the road in hotel rooms for 5 years while working in the hotel reconstruction industry. One thing we missed was home-cooked meals.
After extensive research, I decided a Ninja Foodi was a necessary tool for the road. The Ninja Foodi is so versatile, you can use it as a pressure cooker, an oven, a slow cooker, or an air fryer, all rolled into one.
It makes quick work of home-cooked meals like beef stew, meatloaf, spaghetti, etc. You can make a roast chicken in about 30 to 40 minutes and use the air-fryer function for crispy skin. You can make a cake in it.
There are loads of recipes online and if you can think it, you can probably make it in the Ninja Foodi. The one thing it can’t do is make coffee, but hey, you can’t have everything, right?
It makes cooking and cleanup so simple that it would be useful for anyone, whether they’re on the road or not.
What’s your favorite go-to tool to save time cooking? What do you like best about it?
