My ADHD brain requires little hacks to keep me on task and decide on my priorities. One of those hacks has been a brain dump. Many times I’ve become overwhelmed with all the things I’ve felt were important. When this happens, I tend to shut down. What was the answer?
One of my dear colleagues and friends Jennifer Davis Wilkins has developed a system called a Brain Dump. She met with me and let me ramble on for 25 minutes about all the things I needed to do.
She recorded our meeting, took notes, and gave me some suggestions. She created an Eisenhower Matrix set up with all the things I shared in our session so I could figure out my priorities and make a clear plan to move forward. She also invited me to her community of like-minded people to find accountability moving forward.
There’s several other features included, but learning how to get the things out of my brain and out where they can be managed is priceless. If this sounds like something you could use, reach out and I’ll send you her email for the link and special code she’s offering my readers to get 10% off.
